Carl Byington formerly served six years as the CBM+ technical lead at Sikorsky Aircraft, a subsidiary company of Lockheed Martin. Prior to its successful acquisition, he was also an owner and Director of Systems Engineering of Impact Technologies, LLC. In earlier work, Carl led technology development efforts in undersea vehicles at Penn State Applied Research Lab in State College, PA and hypersonic propulsion at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA.”
